Most of the work will be carried out by a senior solicitor. If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of your instructions, we are happy to accept half of the agreed fee at the time of initial instructions with the balance to be paid before the enrolment of your biometrics.
Our agreed fixed fee for immigration cases covers all the work until we receive a written immigration decision for the stage of the immigration application or immigration appeal for which you have instructed us. Please be advised that our agreed fixed fee does not cover the third party charges e.g. the Home Office UKVI fees for the applications or counsel fees.
